Bath and Body Works: A Smell for All Seasons

My Bath and Body Works stockpile - because a zombie apocalypse is no reason not to smell nice.

My Bath and Body Works stockpile – because a zombie apocalypse is no reason not to smell nice.

My previous post about Bath and Body Works addiction is one of the most popular I’ve ever written – clearly there are a lot of people who find their combination of colours, scents, and sales irresistible! I am proud to say that I’ve managed not to add to my collection since I took this photo in November of 2013, largely as a result of never going to the mall. Which means I’m gradually reducing my stockpile, one delightfully-scented shower at a time.

Right now, I’m working on my Winter Candy Apple set – shower gel, lotion, and mist (the bath poof unfortunately expired after three uses). I don’t care if it says “winter” on the bottle, that stuff smells like summer to me. So does the Coconut Lime. Something about warm weather makes me want to smell like a fruit. 🙂

When the leaves start to turn though, I want softer, cozier fragrances. Brown Sugar and Be Enchanted are my favourites right now. I only use the Twisted Peppermint in December – it is way too Christmasy to be worn at any other time of year!

Are you also a bath product addict? What’s your favourite brand? Does your fragrance preference change with the season?

  1. My sister sent me a picture of the new coconut for this season. Was so tempted, but I’d just gotten some new soaps from AnaBanana so I have resisted. So far. lol

    1. It took a serious act of will for me to close the 75% off page on the website when I was writing this!
